At Nonna Panettone, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward refund and returns policy.

Returns

After contacting us, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at marieeve@vivapanettone.com and send your item to: 8248 rue du Creusot. The process for exchanges follows the same procedure as returns.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For items not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than [Insert Number of Days] days after delivery, a partial refund may be processed.
